Let's de-stress together
We know that finals are starting by the end of this week, and that can be incredibly stressful times for many, even outside the stress that we are exposed to in our every day life at the moment. So we at the women's resource center wanted to share our favorite de-stress tips and recommendations.
- take a walk, we know it's easy to get stuck in school work and never-ending instagram scrolling, however, taking a walk outside can be great way to regroup and take a breather.
- take a nap, sleep, sleep is so so important for so many reasons.
- check in on family or friends, we know that isolation is a big issue now during covid, so take a break from studying and call a friend or family member you like.
- lastly have fun, listen to your body and take care of your self.
